“We create change through our stories and our courage. We are Women in Science.”

The fifth video in the Women [& girls] in Science 2025 series features Rana Cömertpay, Research associate in Economics at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).

Through my story, I hope to encourage young girls to believe in themselves because they have a place in science and a role to play in shaping the future.

The video series “Women [& Girls] in Science” is a collaboration between the institutions that form Research Luxembourg, the MEGA (Ministry of Equality between Gender and Diversity) and the MESR (Ministry for Research and Higher Education).
